Transgenic construct used to study the the gypsy\su(Hw)BR insulator. A w minigene is flanked on both sites by a 340bp gypsy\su(Hw)BR insulator fragment. On one side the insulator is flanked by FRT sites, on the other it is flanked by loxP sites.
