Description

Transgenic construct used in an enhancer blocking assay. Contains divergently transcribed w and eve-lacZ reporters. The rho neuroectoderm enhancer (NEE), two copies of a 0.7kb subfragment (SF1b) of the SF-1 insulator and the hry stripe 1 enhancer (H1) have been inserted in between the two divergent promoters.
