Description

lacZ reporter expression is driven by a mutant 205bp form of the dpp VM enhancer, containing only those sequences shared by both Ecol\lacZdpp.VM-mut-GC-U+E+B+T+3a+4a and Ecol\lacZdpp.VM-conserved, with the addition of a second, highly conserved TCF site located just 3' of the dpp VM enhancer.
