Description

UAS regulatory sequences drive expression of a genomic region covering exons 2-5 of Nrx-IV. An in-frame EGFP tag has been inserted into the XbaI site of exon 3 and an in-frame mCherry tag has been inserted into the NcoI site of exon 4. Each tag has a stop codon, allowing the detection of alternative splicing of exon 3 or exon 4 by fluorescence detection.
