Description

Transgenic construct used to study interactions between insulator sequences. Consists of 10 UAS sites, an FRT cassette containing the Wari insulator in the forward orientation, the y transcription unit, a loxP cassette containing the Wari insulator in the reverse orientation and the mini-w gene. The endogenous Wari insulator has been removed from the 3' side of the w gene.
