Transgenic construct used to study interactions between insulator sequences. Consists of 10 UAS sites, an FRT cassette containing the su(Hw)BR-y-AS-C insulator in the forward orientation, the y transcription unit,a loxP cassette containing the su(Hw)BR-y-AS-C insulator in the reverse orientation and the mini-w gene.
