Transgenic construct used to study a PcG/trxG Response Element (PRE) from the mouse 'Kreisler' (kr) gene. A loxP cassette containing a 9kb fragment from this region has been inserted upstream of 5x UAS sites which are followed by a lacZ reporter and a w+* marker.
