Transgenic construct used to study the bithoraxoid (bxd) Polycomb group response element (PRE). A 2.3kb bxd fragment has been inserted into the pUZ vector, in proximal-to-distal orientation, upstream of the UAS-lacZ reporter and w[+] minigene.
