Description

Transgenic construct used to study long-range enhancer-promoter interactions in vivo. Contains a reporter composed of a 250bp eve basal promoter upstream of GFP. A 9.5 kb genomic fragment containing the transvection mediating region (tmr) of Abd-B, followed by the IAB5 enhancer is s inserted downstream of the GFP coding sequence.
