Description

Transgenic construct used to study the SF1 chromatin boundary element. Contains a w+mC minigene, flanked on each side by the 'c' fragment (the final 955 bp) of the full-length SF-1 chromatin boundary element. The two Trl (aka GAF) sites within the SF-1 c fragment have been replaced with unrelated sequences.
