Description

Hsp70 promoter and 5'UTR sequences are joined to fragment D (-341 to +1030, relative to the Hsp70 transcription start site) of an αγ transposon repeat element fused to lacZ. This construct contains the first 961bp of repetitive αβ sequences immediately downstream of the +69 position.
