Description

Two sev enhancer sequences upstream of a 'hsp70' promoter regulate expression of the hepCA cDNA containing the hep-RC cDNA with Ser-346, Thr-350 and Ser-352 changed to Asp residues, rendering the kinase constitutively active. There is a Tag:MYC tag at the N-terminus.
