Description

The maternally active αTub84B promoter drives expression of nuclear-localized EGFP fused to the 6x Tag:MYC tag, followed by a 63 nt cad Bicoid Response Element (BRE) within the 3' UTR (nucleotides 257-319, numbering from the first nucleotide after the stop codon) and the SV40 polyadenylation signal.
