Description

The maternally active αTub84B promoter drives expression of nuclear-localized EGFP fused to the 6x Tag:MYC tag, followed by the H1 fragment (predicted to form a distinct stem loop) of Haematopota pluvialis 'caudal' 3' UTR and the SV40 polyadenylation signal.
