Ubi-p63E promoter sequences drive expression of a 262bp RpL17 intronic region where synthetic miG1 and miG2 pre-miRNA sequences have been inserted. These pre-miRNA produce mature miG-1 and miG-2 miRNAs that match two distinct targets in the adjoining Avic\GFP coding sequences.
