Description

An hsp70 promoter fused with an 53bp genomic fragment containing the 2F2K enhancer sub-region of the IAB7b enhancer sub-region (from upstream of the Abd-B gene), where a 14bp fragment has been inserted between the two ftz binding sites (in the 2F2K sub-region), are fused upstream of lacZ coding sequences.
