Description

A 1.2kb subfragment of the 3' ato regulatory region is fused upstream of a 1.1kb genomic ato fragment (containing the promoter, 5'UTR and some 5' regulatory sequence) followed by sequence encoding EGFP tagged with a nuclear localization signal (Tag:NLS(tra)).
