Description

The nullo promoter is fused upstream of 4 repeats which each consist of a fragment of the 5'UTR and intron of the kuk small transcript separated by 201bp of in-frame Ecol\lacZ sequence. The stop codon of the Ecol\lacZ sequence is followed in each case by the 3'UTR of the kuk small transcript and 300bp of genomic 3' sequence (to promote transcriptional termination).
