Description

UAS regulatory sequences drive expression of Syt1 which is tagged at the C-terminal end with CLIPm-tag (resulting in a cytoplasmic location for the tag). The CLIPm-tag tag allows rapid, irreversible and specific chemical tagging of the protein produced in the presence of a fluorescent benzylcytosine derivative.
