Description

UASt regulatory sequences drive expression of a mutant H polypeptide. The serines in two potential Mitogen Activated Protein Kinase (MAPK) target sequences (PKS[[723]]P and PAS[[791]]P) are changed to alanines that can not be phosphorylated.
