Description

UASt regulatory sequences drive expression of Cad99C which lacks all extracellular cadherin domains and is tagged with EGFP. In detail, the sequence consists of a partial Cad99C 5'UTR plus sequence for the N-terminal Cad99C 102 amino acid residues (this includes the signal peptide), the EGFP fragment and Cad99C sequence encoding the C-terminal 354 amino acid residues (the transmembrane and cytoplasmic regions) and 3'UTR.
