Description

FlyFos clone 028221, which contains 9540 bp upstream and 12530 bp downstream of the bark gene, was modified by inserting a cassette containing a 2xTy1 epitope tag, a Tev protease cleavage site, the superfolder-GFP (SGFP) coding sequence, and a 3xFLAG epitope tag (2xTy1-Tev-SGFP-3xFLAG) 72 bases upstream of the bark stop codon.
