Description

UAS regulates expression of egr in which the N-terminal intracellular domain (amino acids 1-59) and the C-terminal TNF homology domain (amino acids 278-415) are absent, leaving just the central 'Stalk' region (amino acids 60-277). The construct is tagged at the N-terminus with a hemagglutinin signal peptide and Tag:FLAG.
