Description

Rbp4 regulatory sequences (0.7kb from upstream of the transcription start site, plus the 5'UTR) are fused upstream of the CycB coding sequence fused to EYFP and then followed by 772bp of CycB 3' sequence (this fragment can encode either the 130bp or 772bp 3'UTR). A 35bp sequence within the 130bp short CycB 3' UTR has been mutated in two places.
