Description

UAS regulatory sequences drive expression of the Fas2 PA+ isoform (PA isoform containing a PEST domain) which is tagged at the C-terminal end with Tag:FLAG. The Fas2 PDZ binding sequence (KNSAV) has been reinserted following the Tag:FLAG tag, as this sequence is important for Fas2 expression in the mushroom body.
