In the late embryo Avic\GFP^EGFP.tx.ChO is expressed in cap attachment cells, scolopidial cap and ligament cells of chordotonal organ lch5. In addition labeling is seen in cap cells of chordotonal organs lch1, vch1 and vch2. In the second instar larval stage Avic\GFP^EGFP.tx.ChO expression is missing from lch5 cap attachment cells.
