Description

An FRT cassette containing a transcription terminator (C-terminal sequence of the yeast HIS3 gene, the SV40 polyadenylation signal, a false translation initiation signal and a 5' splice donor site) separates a minimal Hsp70 promoter from the Ecol\dam open reading frame tagged at the C-terminal end with Tag:MYC.
