Description

An FRT cassette containing a transcription terminator (inverted sequence of the y gene placed in the middle of the Hsap70 3'UTR) separates a full-length Hsp70 promoter from the Lam open reading frame tagged at the N-terminal end with Tag:Dam and with Tag:MYC.
