Description

The 0.42kb Thor intron is fused upstream of sequence encoding the DsRed(T4) fluorescent protein tagged with a nuclear localization signal (Tag:NLS(tra)). The putative crc protein-binding sites present in the Thor intron sequence have been mutated.
