Pink1 promoter sequence from nucleotides -1291 to +715 relative to the transcription start site drives expression of a mutated form of Pink1 that carries the non-phosphorylatable mutation S346A (mutated residue is a conserved autophosphorylation site which appears to be the sole autophosphorylation site in Pink1).
