Description

10xUAS regulatory sequences drive expression of 7 tandem copies of the Halo7-tag chemical reporter. The open reading frame is tagged at the C-terminal end with the Tag:PM(hKRAS) plasma membrane targeting sequence. The L21 5'UTR and the P10 3'UTR (shown to increase translational efficiency) are also present.
