Description

UASt regulatory sequences drive expression of the ft intracellular domain sequence (including H1, H3, H4 and H5 regions) but with deletion of the H2 region (4719-4900aa); the extracellular and transmembrane domains are replaced by the membrane targeting Tag:Myr(Src64B), and there is a Tag:V5 tag at the C-terminus.
