Description

UAS regulatory sequences drive expression of the full-length Nlg4 GH07829 cDNA clone. A EGFP tag has been inserted between amino acids L859 and Q860. This location is approximately 12 residues downstream of the transmembrane domain and these 12 residues have been repeated downstream of the tag to ensure a complete intracellular domain.
