Description

UASt regulatory sequences drive expression of the C-terminal 600 amino acid residues of shn (residues 1888-2529) in which the first two Cys residues of zinc finger 6 have been mutated to Ala. The protein is tagged at the N-terminal end with a nuclear localization signal followed by a Tag:FLAG epitope.
