Description

5xUASt regulatory sequences drive 80 copies of GGXGCX (X being randomly any one of the four nucleotides), resulting in translation of a GA dipeptide repeat. Tagged at the N-terminal with Tag:FLAG. As a control, a stop codon TAA is introduced instead of the ATG codon at the beginning of the open reading frame of GA.
