Description

5xUAS regulatory sequences drive expression of EGFP tagged with a myristoylation signal (Tag:Myr(Src64B) followed by a "T2A" peptide from Thosea asigna, followed by DsRed(T4) tagged with a nuclear localization signal Tag:NLS(tra). The T2A peptide ensures that Tag:Myr(Src64B)-EGFP and DsRed(T4)-Tag:NLS(tra) are produced as separate, individual proteins during translation.
