Description

The P{UAS-LT3-Dam-lola-O} construct is used in the "Targeted DamID" ("TaDa") technique. UAS sequences drive expression of two open reading frames separated by stop codons (ORF1 is simply present to reduce translation of the Ecol\dam-containing ORF2, see FBrf0222171). In P{UAS-LT3-Dam-lola-O}, ORF2 consists of the lola-O isoform tagged with Tag:Dam and Tag:MYC.
