Description

UASt regulates expression of the cDNA LD02314 in which the endogenous signal sequence (position 1-19) is replaced by the signal sequence of CD2 (Tag:SS(rCd2)) and a 10x Tag:MYC epitope, and with a stop codon at Gly595 to remove the GPI attachment site.
