Description

16.6kb genomic fragment that includes the lncRNA:CR31044 locus. The fragment includes the complete intergenic region between both the upstream Cyt-c1L gene and the downstream eEF1γ gene. The mir-279 hairpin has been replaced by a copy of the mir-996 hairpin, resulting in the transgene encoding two copies of mir-996.
