Description

UASp regulatory sequences drive expression of α-Cat that lacks amino acid residues 510-672. The protein is tagged with Venus. Synonymous mutations have been introduced into the portion of the α-Cat coding region that corresponds to the target sequence of the P{TRiP.HMS00317} RNAi line, rendering this transgene insensitive to RNAi mediated by P{TRiP.HMS00317}.
