Description

Approximately seven repeats of the ecdysone responsive element (ERE) from Hsp27 are upstream of the Adh distal promoter, regulating expression of the Ccap\Adh1 coding region including the intron. Six repeats of Tag:MS2 have been inserted in the 3' UTR.
