Description

ninaE regulatory sequences drive expression of the entire coding region of lovit (from GH10292 cDNA) in which the lovitHMS01836 shRNA target region was replaced with six synonymous mutations to make the expressed RNA resistant to lovitHMS01836 RNAi-mediated degradation. lovit is tagged at the C-terminus with mCherry.
