Description

UASt regulatory sequences drive expression of bnl in which both putative cleavage sites PSC1 and PSC2 have been mutated. Two tags have been inserted internally into the coding sequence; a Tag:HA tag has been inserted between codons 87 and 88, and a sfGFP tag been inserted between codons 432 and 433.
