Contains a genomic fragment that extends from 524bp upstream to 12kb downstream of the kis locus (from Pacman clone CH321-35E09). A 'FLAP' tag cassette (composed of the GFP, Tag:S and Tag:FLAG epitope tags separated by Tag:CS(PSP) and Tag:CS(TEVp) protease sites) has been inserted at the N-terminal end of the coding sequence.
