Description

UASp regulatory sequences drive expression of a mutated bel coding sequence; contains a E460A amino acid substitution which is expected to impair ATP-hydrolysis. A sequence cassette containing 3xTag:HA, a Tag:CS(PSP) cleavage site and 3xTag:FLAG has been inserted at the N-terminal end of the coding sequence.
