Description

UAS regulatory sequences drive expression of the dap coding sequence (codon-optimized for Drosophila), in which two conserved residues within the PIP degron sequence, that are involved in interaction with the PCNA protein, have been mutated to Ala residues (PCNA interacting domain is changed from QPKITEF to QPKATEA).
