Description

UAS regulatory sequences drive expression of the Hsap\CDKN1A coding sequence (codon-optimized for Drosophila), in which three residues within the PIP degron sequence, that are involved in interaction with the PCNA protein, have been mutated to Ala residues (PCNA interacting domain is changed from QTSMTDF to QTSMAAA).
