Genomic fragment (CH322-188C18 BACPAC clone) in which the Sxl binding sites have been deleted; the binding site in the 3'UTR has been mutated by site-directed mutagenesis, while the binding site in the intron has been deleted by removing the entire intron. Three copies of the Tag:HA epitope have been added to the N-terminal end of the open reading frame.
