Description

UASt regulatory sequences drive expression of a mutated form of PlexB that carries a small deletion in the GTPase-binding region (sequence encoding residues 1788-1827 is deleted). This abolishes the interaction between PlexB and the Rho1 protein. The coding sequence is tagged at the C-terminal end with Tag:V5.
