UASt regulatory sequences drive expression of Hsap\YARS1 that carries the E196K mutation (which is linked to Charcot-Marie-Tooth disease). The nuclear localization signal motif has been disrupted by mutating residues 242-247 from KKKLKK to NNKLNK.
